JOEPRESSO™ is an attachment for the AeroPress® that transforms it from an immersion brewer to a pressurized percolation brewer, aka espresso maker. Instead of immersing coffee grinds in water, you force hot water through a finely-ground layer of coffee beans. The result is a full bodied, strong espresso, complete with crema.

A drip coffee has up to 2% TDS, espresso has 8% to 12% TDS. Here is 10% Brix or 8.5 TDS made with JOEPRESSO™, 18% extraction yield.
